About the companyGeadel Consulting Srl is a Real Estate Development company established in 2005.
The company has purchased around 4,000m2 of land in Pipera - North Bucharest where it is currently developing a corner located residential project that amounts to a total of ~15.000m2 constructed area. The Mediteraneo project located between three roads is consisted of two main buildings UG+GF+7F with lake view which include underground parking, commercial spaces at the ground floor and family residences with panoramic view on the upper floors. A total of 70 family units of 3 and 4 rooms of higher-end standards will be developed along with a total of 1,400m2 of commercial spaces and respective underground parking spaces.
The area of Pipera is in the fast lane of development emerging as the new Business and Residential Center of Bucharest with prestigious projects of office spaces and numerous residential projects. Mediteraneo is located within walking distance from this new Business Center and very close to the tram and underground rail (Pipera Station) which guarantees fast transport to the city center a factor of growing concern in modern Bucharest.
